Yes — every single pair we sell is 100% authentic. All sneakers come with their original box, tags, and proof of purchase. We source directly from trusted retailers and verified suppliers.

2. Do you ship across Canada?

Absolutely ✅ We ship nationwide, from Montréal to Vancouver. Shipping is fast, secure, and tracked. Local Montréal customers can also benefit from express delivery options.

3. How long does delivery take?

Montréal & Québec: 1–3 business days


Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Canada, but international options are coming soon.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure checkout options (Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy. Sneakers must be unworn, in original condition, and with the original box. Once inspected, you’ll receive a refund or exchange.

7. What if my size doesn’t fit?

If your pair doesn’t fit, you can return it within 30 days (see above). We recommend checking our size guide or contacting us before ordering to confirm your size in a specific model.

8. How can I be sure my order is safe?

Your payment and personal data are protected with SSL encryption and secure checkout. We also partner with trusted couriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

9. Do you restock sold-out sneakers?
